The Gorillatorch Flare delivers a powerful, smooth, and even beam fueled by its ultra-bright 100-lumen CREE LED, making it a wonderful work or reading light. This version of the Strion LED flashlight (model 74301) comes with both AC and DC charge cords and one charger/holder. It offers five modes of operation--high, medium, and low plus strobe--with the following light output ratings:

Its case is made of 6000 series machined aircraft aluminum with an anodized finish, and it has a lens made of high-temperature Borofloat glass. Other features include an anti-roll head, multi-function rubber push-button tactical tail switch, and a grooved barrel that adapts to a long gun mount. This flashlight's IPX4-rated design is water resistant. The Strion measures 5.9 inches long with a 0.95-inch barrel diameter and 1.25-inch head diameter, and it weighs 5.22 ounces with battery.
The clamp-style charge holder features a digital control circuit to prevent over-charging, and it fully recharges the flashlight's lithium-ion battery in 3 hours (indicated by a blinking LED indicator on the charge base). The battery is rechargeable up to 500 times.
